The saya (scabbard) is solid wood with a glossy red and black lacquer. The red and black cotton sageo is wrapped in the traditional bull horn fashion and tied at the wooden kurigata. Housed in the beautiful saya is a 28 inch, 440 stainless steel blade that is half matte black and half silver finish. The diamond shaped guard is solid metal and has a two-tone antique brass finish. The kashira (end cap) also carries an antique brass color finish. The tsuka (handle) is wood covered with imitation same (ray skin). The tsuka is wrapped in the traditional fashion with the same red and black sageo as the kurigata. A menuki (ornament) is wrapped under the sageo on both sides of the tsuka. The true fan of Bleach Anime will want this masterpiece in their collection.
